Arrowood Insurance Services

ARROWOOD - Our name was derived from the well-known Japanese fable be Mouri Motonari, in which this daimyo (feudal lord) of the Aki domain taught his children that while one arrow is easy to break, three tied together cannot be broken, and that is why they should stick together. Our Arrowood logo was designed using three arrows, one for each of the three Morey brothers, John, Jack, and Jim who are the principles of Arrowood.

Our program business began with the simple, yet through disign of a comprehensive insurance policy for Japanese Temples. With the partnership of Mitsui Marine Management, the appropriate and necessary forms to make this program special were designed. It was then decided that this great program needed to be shared with other Temples. Along the way, a Non Profit Program was also designed and shared with others.

Our Temple and Non Profit Programs are out premiere programs, yet our largest program is the Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group Access Program. All it takes is completing a Producer's Agreement with Arrowood and your applications for preferred business can be quoted. Business began flowing in steadily in 1992 when Arrowood was established, and as they say, the rest is history.

Since that time, we have proudly taken on BOP programs with Fireman's Fund, Magna Carta and The Travelers. We are also utilizing the Traveler's wide array of markets. We hope for quick growth with these great companies.
